Satu Järvinen

Mrs. Järvinen is a distinguished education developer for the digitalization of education and the development of professional competence. He is currently working on education development in two companies: SkillSafari focuses on the development of vocational education in the light of digitalization, and Corrsy develops a mobile solution to support basic education for children and youth in the MENA region. In addition to these, Mrs. Järvinen is preparing her dissertation on using digital micro certificates in the recognition and validation of skills of the informal sector in Senegal and Rwanda.

Educated in Senegal, Finland and France and having worked with colleagues from over 20 countries worldwide. She has wide experience from working with education and development in different types of schools ranging from primary schools to university level. She has worked as experts in the planning and implementation of future-oriented learning, ICT integration, teacher professional development and use of data to drive decision making. She has been an invited speaker on ICT integration into education and skills validation with micro certificates.
