Abayomi Magbagbeola

Abayomi Magbagbeola is the principal partner at Appleblossom M.I. Limited, a human capital development consulting company with years of experience in creating framework for human capital development within sustainable leadership and development themes for public and private sector. He is a strategy consultant for the federal & several state governments in Nigeria. With years of experience in the public and private sector in Europe and Nigeria focused on Nordic competences in leadership, management, innovation and sustainability, he provides public and private institutions with understanding of the Nordic development and management system.

Abayomi has expertise in research and trends analysis, data management, developing & implementing strategy, and managing processes for resource efficiency in the public & private sector. He was a company spotter for Finn partnership, a Finnish Government agency promoting long term partnership between Finnish institution and organization in developing countries.. He also represents a consortium of Finnish Education Institutions providing education solutions in public and private schools in Nigeria. He is a member of the Lagos State Ministry of Education comprehensive high school project as well as facilitate several education training and collaboration project. He is former Special Assistant to the Chairman, House Committee on Legislative Budget & Research in the 7thAssembly of the House of Representatives Nigeria.

Abayomi is a strong advocate of learning from Nordic Innovation and experience especially Finland as he also sits on the board of companies and organization in Nigeria and Finland as well as the General Secretary of the Nigerian-Finnish Association. He is a country representative of the African Circular Economy Network ACEN
